How long does made-to-measure take?
Standard turnaround is 10 to 14 days from your measurement appointment, with one fitting included. Shirts and trousers are usually ready at the earlier end of that range. Blazers and shift dresses are at the later end because of the extra construction involved. Rush turnaround is available on some items and is confirmed at your consultation.
Do I need to come to your workshop?
No. For made-to-measure in Nairobi we come to you. A fitting specialist visits your home or office anywhere in Nairobi to take measurements, present the fabric options and agree the details. The first fitting and final delivery are also handled at your address. If you would prefer to visit our workshop in Industrial Area, you are welcome to do that by appointment.
What if the fit is not perfect?
One fitting is included in every made-to-measure order and it is where small adjustments are usually made. If the garment still does not fit correctly after the fitting, we take it back and correct it at no cost. The perfect fit guarantee applies to every made-to-measure item we make in Nairobi.
What fabrics do you offer?
